Don't miss the third installment of the popular Knife Fight series, where local culinary heroes face off in a head-to-head cooking competition in the open kitchen of Mission Pizza Napoletana. On May 8, Second Harvest Food Bank's Chef Jeff Bacon goes up against Shane Moore of Foothills Brewing. Your ticket purchase gets you heavy hors d'oeuvres, specials on great local beer and small-producer Italian wines, and a front row seat to watch two of Winston's best chefs compete in a fun, intimate, and demanding culinary competition like no other in NC. Additionally, each ticket holder will have a chance to serve on the judging panel to determine which chef takes the win.
Last but not least, for Vol. 3, 20% of Knife Fight proceeds will support Second Harvest Food Bank. Additionally, each attendee is aksed to bring canned goods for donation. Here is a link to most-needed items. Come see for yourself why Eric Ginsburg of Triad City Beat called Knife Fight the best food event in the Triad in 2016. Get your tickets here.
